Hi, I'm Emma.
Baking bread again changed my relationship with food — and I want to share every bite of that journey with you.
When I had to give up gluten, I felt like I was leaving something of myself behind too: that bread that fills the house with its smell, that crust that cracks between your hands. I cried more than once in front of an oven full of loaves that wouldn't rise. But I didn't give up.
I tried recipe after recipe, flour after flour, in my own kitchen, until I found the exact balance between technique and simplicity. Today, every time I pull a golden loaf out of the oven, I feel the same pride as the first time I got it right.
What you see here isn't just another business: it's my kitchen, my hands, my real recipes. And I want them to be yours too — so that eating gluten-free stops feeling like a sacrifice and starts feeling like a warm hug again.
